I was unfortunate enough to have the drain pipe from my house to the sewer collapse resulting in sewage backing up into my basement, but i was fortunate enough to have been recommended Plumb Pros for the work. Before contracting the work, I acquired three quotes before settling on service. I ended up selecting Plumb Pros because of the recommendation, but most importantly their price was the most competitive. Even though their pricing was most attractive, it was the quality of service and professionalism of the entire crew that will keep me as a customer. The project manager, Zach was excellent. He communicated well and insured the project was completed on time and had no surprise costs. Upon completion, everything was cleaned and replaced well. I will be using Plumb Pros for all of my future plumbing needs as well as recommend them to anyone that needs a plumbing company that is honest and hard working!

Working with this company was super easy. They were very responsive to our initial phone call and Zach arrived within the hour to help us figure out a new leak that sprung from our upstairs shower. We recently had a pluming issue regarding a under sink hot water heater. Gage from Plum Pros was very professional and gave us two quotes. One to repair it back to the existing system or an alternative to achieve the same end result. The alternative actually provided near instant hot water at all faucets with less maintenance and it actually cost less and gave us the space back under the sink. We are very happy with the work and will recommend Plum Pros to all our friends.

We had a good experience with Steven getting the main sewer line replaced (old cast iron that was back flowing from the slab settling over the years).A big reason we went with Plumb Pros was the level of detail he provided on exactly what would happen and how things would be left when the job was considered complete (they filled in the concrete, rolled back all the carpet, filled the trench and reset our garden beds and sprinklers).We had his team perform other work while everything was cracked open (added a utility sink and rerouted the AC refrigerant line) and we're overall glad we got the work done.I would recommend them to anyone else who needs any of the above work done!Thanks guys!

The plumber, Rafael, arrived on time, we showed him what needed to be done and he got right to work . He cleared a drain in the laundry room and replaced the insides of the toilet. Andres from Plumb Pros did an excellent job replacing a leaking saddle valve under our kitchen sink with a standard type of valve. It involved removing part of the cabinet base to access the water pipe to make the repair. Restored and cleaned up the working area. Also replaced a copper tube carrying water from the line to the refrigerator icemaker. We have been using Plumb Pros for the past 25 years. Very satisfied.

This was our first time using plumb pros. Steven was very nice and knew what he was talking about ( we had to get our kitchen re-pipped) . They did have to come back up after the first repairs were made. But they fixed the issue and didn't charge me the second time since it was related to the original issue. Will use plumb pros again!

Reached out to Plumb Pros for a clogged kitchen sink. They were quick had Alfredo to my house with in 30 minutes. They gave me a great price to have my sink jetted to clear out all the old grease and gunk from years of buildup. This is not the first time I have used them. They have done lots of other work in the past a water heater to cleaning out the sewer line to unclogging drains. Plumb Pros replaced my plumbing. Alfredo and crew started on a Saturday but also worked on a Sunday to finish the job. This allowed my family and I to be able to check out of the hotel and go back home. They went above and beyond and provided great service.I also had to have my furnace replaced a few weeks later. I called the Plumb Pros again. This time Fonz came out to assess the situation which he found that I needed to replace the furnace. Again they provided great customer service and worked long hours to ensure my family and I had heat, especially as it was getting colder. Thank you for the great service. I needed to have my furnace fixed as it would not turn on. As we were going to have a freeze the next night I was worried I would not have any heat.I got an appointment the same day!Rolly came and completed the job efficiently and I felt very confident in his work. “My brother and I, who live in New York, rent out our family home in Denver. Earlier this month (May 2025), the sewer line in the backyard became clogged. Plumb Pros came immediately and diagnosed the problem as a serious invasion of the 70-year-old line by tree. The work required digging down 12 ft. to the line with backhoe and another 3 ft. by hand at the connection to the sewer main. It was a huge project that Plumb Pros managed in a very few days. Their work was impeccable. They laid boards on the grass to pile the dirt on so it didn't damage the lawn. The neighbor's fence that had to be taken down to get the backhoe in was carefully put back with no complaint from the neighbor. Our tenants were minimally inconvenienced and greatly appreciative.

“Upon shutting down the sprinkler system, I discovered a slow leak that, upon the advent of cold weather, would allow pipes to freeze and cause damage. I called Plumb Pros, and I am pleased to report that the quality of service I received vastly exceeded my highest expectations. I was unaware that the test ports should not be used for blowing out the sprinkler system; that, instead, compressed air should be introduced so as not to harm the bell assembly. Jonathan installed a valve so as to allow this, thus dramatically lengthening the life of the regulator. He simply would not stop, working tirelessly until everything was done to my satisfaction. His professionalism was matched only by his friendliness and consideration. I would not hesitate a moment to recommend Jonathan to anyone for virtually any plumbing issue. You simply won't find a more personable and capable individual.
